Zaor Canada strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on its website. In the event of an error, omission, or misprint, Zaor Canada reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct the error, cancel the order, or revise the order to reflect accurate information.

Shipping Policy

Zaor Canada offers free shipping within Canada to metropolitan areas only for items designated as “Free Shipping, anywhere in Canada.”

• Customers residing in remote or non-metropolitan areas, including but not limited to the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Labrador, and other regions outside major metropolitan zones, may be subject to additional surcharges.
  
• Eligibility for free shipping is determined based on the postal code provided at the time of purchase. Customers are encouraged to contact Zaor Canada prior to placing an order if they are uncertain of their eligibility.
  
• All shipping arrangements are made at Zaor Canada’s discretion.

Sales Policy

All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once an order has been processed and confirmed.

Warranty

Zaor Canada warrants that all products sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

• This warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only.
  
• The warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
  
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be submitted to Zaor Canada for review.
  
• Zaor Canada reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Zaor Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use its products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
